Responding to popular demand, we are returning to the magnificent city of Puebla for a memorable New Year’s celebration.  We will be staying in the acclaimed Mesón Sacristía de la Compañía in the heart of the city.  The incredible colonial architecture, displayed in churches, public buildings, museums, and private mansions, has earned Puebla the distinction of being a UNESCO World Heritage site.  The talavera tile produced in and around the city is world famous.  From mole poblano to chiles en nogada, Puebla has made memorable contributions to world cuisine.  You will experience the best Puebla has to offer as well as having an opportunity to visit nearby Cholula and Tlaxcala.
